Quality Policy

Nightball Technologies Limited was established in 2020 to provide specialist delivery programs, secure systems consultancy and advisory services in the UK delivered to organisations with highly technical complex environments within varied sectors.

Our Integrated Management System (IMS) has been written and implemented in accordance with the requirements of ISO9001: 2015, and as a business we are continually looking for ways to improve our IMS.

We value our clients, and strive to ensure our products and services meet and even exceed their expectations. The Senior Management Team have made the following commitments:

  • Satisfy applicable requirements by ensuring customer, statutory and regulatory requirements are determined, understood and consistently met.
  • Ensure this quality policy statement and business objectives are established and are compatible with the context and strategic direction of the Company. The Business objectives are contained within our Strategy Plan which is reviewed at least annually.
  • Ensure the resources needed to support the IMS are available.
  • Communicate the importance of effective quality management and conforming to the IMS requirements.

This policy will be communicated to all employees and anyone working for or on our behalf, and are expected to co-operate and assist in the implementation of this policy. This policy will be reviewed annually by the Senior Management Team to ensure it reflects the aims and objectives of the company.
